How does the free trial work?
Every club starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. We're in early pilot, so you won't be billed automatically; early clubs keep founder pricing when billing does begin.
How do volunteers get notified?
By email, and by a notification on their phone, no app store needed. Each person turns on phone notifications once and then gets a buzz when a job's assigned, the covers are needed, or a job's due that day.
Do my volunteers need an account?
You invite them with a link, or share one link the whole team can use. They set a password and can claim jobs. You stay the only admin unless you choose otherwise.
What is the maintenance & inventory add-on?
An optional extra that adds the maintenance log, the compliance tracker and stock tracking. The planner, jobs, feeding and the square are all in the base plan.
Is my club's data private?
Each club has its own private space; only people you invite can see it. The demo uses a made-up club with fake names.
